IWAC220P
IWAC220P is the first Active Linear-Array product from Verity Audio. Each full-range cabinet is loaded with dual-10”LF and dual-1”Exit, horn-loaded HF compression drivers. The result of careful mechanical design and driver positioning has minimized the need to use electronic correction of group delay for phase correction, yielding our newest generation of high resolution audio.
The high efficiency plug-in amplifier module mounted on the rear of the cabinet facilitates quick repair or replacement even when hanging in an array. Each of the drivers has a separate DSP and Amplifier channel (2 X 860W RMS plus 2 X 230W RMS) allowing precise control of interaction between drivers and Max Peak output levels >138dB (100—18kHz)
An innovative hardware design allows for presetting splay angles while the array is on the ground, vastly reducing set-up time. An optional transport wheel board accommodates (4) cabinets further improving set-up efficiency and adding physical protection during transport. DSP control is via Verity V-NET USB network management system.
